Fig. 2. Patient 1 was a 21-year-old male with a giant CMN on the right leg (A–D). A test treatment was performed on the medial aspect of the right leg (E, 3 × 3 cm, masked with tape). Excellent pigment removal was seen immediately after (F) and 6 weeks after (G) a single treatment. A larger area (H, test treatment area included on the bottom right) was subsequently treated with the same parameters. 15 weeks after a single treatment, good pigment removal was observed (I, treated area demarcated by dotted white lines).
